Return Policy

Please call or email to begin the process. All Returns must have a valid RA# and be referenced on item being returned. Product returns vary from product to product. All our compatible toner cartridges we warranty for 1 year from date of sale. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Orders received before 4:00 EST. will ship same day or be scheduled for local delivery the next business day. Please provide valid email address so we can provide tracking and delivery confirmation. Most orders ship via UPS or they are delivered with our own local drivers.
